Transporters play a vital role in the AgroCheckout logistics ecosystem. By accepting any job on the platform,

- Avoid harassment, threats, or abusive behaviour.
- Follow all road safety, traffic, and transport laws.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and roadworthy vehicle.
2. Goods‑in‑Transit Protection Deposit
To protect Buyers and Sellers, AgroCheckout requires a Goods‑in‑Transit Protection Deposit
for certain categories of goods.
Deposit Rules
- The deposit amount is displayed before accepting a job.

- Goods are damaged due to negligence.
- The Transporter deviates from required procedures.
- Evidence suggests misconduct or fraud.
Mandatory Visual Confirmation Requirement
Before accepting goods at pickup, the Transporter must:

- Confirm that the weight and/or volume matches what the Seller and Buyer agreed on (where applicable).
- Verify weight using a mechanical scale supplied or approved by AgroCheckout.
- Record the confirmation using the AgroCheckout Evidence Record feature.
