AgroCheckout (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides a digital marketplace and logistics orchestration platform connecting Buyers, Farmers, Traders, Producers, Aggregators, Transporters, Distributors, Packagers, Labour Service Providers, Insurers, Refillers, Petrolists, and other agricultural participants. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AgroCheckout mobile app, website, and related services (“Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform immediately. These Terms apply to all users, including Buyers, Sellers, Farmers, Traders, Producers, Aggregators, Transporters, Distributors, Packagers, Service Providers, Insurers, Refillers, Petrolists, and any other participants in the AgroCheckout ecosystem.

AgroCheckout provides tools for discovery, communication, and logistics coordination. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, AgroCheckout is not a party to the transaction between Buyer and Seller.

All AgroCheckout trademarks, logos, designs, interfaces, and platform content are owned or licensed by AgroCheckout and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of content you upload (such as images, descriptions, or branding), but you grant AgroCheckout a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content as necessary to operate and promote the Platform.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By using AgroCheckout, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, with or without notice, if:

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or operational practices. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AgroCheckout primarily operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
